To Preview A Property:

You must schedule an appointment online HERE

We will contact you when your appointment is confirmed. As a reminder, YOU UNDERSTAND THE KEY MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 1.5 HOURS.

How to Apply:

Each person 18 and over must complete the application process.
Non-refundable application fee of $50 per adult.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months with current employer
• Proof of income- 30 days most recent paystubs required (income must be 3 times greater than the monthly rent)
• A valid copy of each applicant's photo ID
• A valid copy of each applicant's social security card 
• No Prior Evictions

Upon approval, the security deposit is to be delivered within 48 hours using certified funds.

Tenants signed with Viridis Property Management will be provided with access to an online portal for a hassle-free renter experience such as: 

-Online rent payments

-Submit instant request for repairs and maintenance

-Access documents, forms and checklists such as your lease and procedures

-Communicate with our Property Management advisors
