We will contact you when your appointment is confirmed. As a reminder, YOU UNDERSTAND THE KEY MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 1.5 HOURS.
Must bring photo ID and $20 Cash Deposit (refundable if keys are returned in the allotted time).

Applicants who meet all of the following criteria will generally qualify for approval:
- Combined household gross monthly income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent.
- Minimum credit score of 600.
- Favorable rental history with verifiable landlord references, including no late rental payments.
Applications that do not meet one or more of the automatic approval criteria may still be considered. These applications will be evaluated based on the overall application, including factors such as income, credit history, rental history, and other relevant information. Approval is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional review or denial.
REQUIRED-
- A valid copy of each applicant's photo ID
- A valid copy of each applicant's social security card
- No Prior Evictions or Bankruptcies
- Any person 18 years or older and who will reside in the property must complete an application.
Upon approval, the holding deposit is to be delivered within 48 hours with certified funds.
Each application is reviewed individually and in compliance with all applicable fair housing laws. Additional documentation may be requested during the application review process.
